Q: Where is the Air Show Located?

A: The Wings Over Myrtle Beach air show will be held on April 28-29, 2018 at the Myrtle Beach International Airport.  The airport is located approximately 3.5 miles South West of Downtown Myrtle Beach off Hwy 17.  The daily air show activities will occur at the former Myrtle Beach AFB facility (Beach Aviation Services) within the Market Commons Area.  Airport Address:

Q: How can I Purchase Tickets?

A: Press the “BUY TICKETS” button to purchase tickets. Advance ticket options are currently available on-line at discounted prices. Tickets will be available during the air show at the entry gate ticket booths (Cash, MC, Visa, Discover & AMEX cards are accepted).  Please Note: Discounted ticket options are available only through the official WOMB on-line ticketing services.

Q: Are Tickets Refundable?

A: In the event of inclement weather, acts of god and/or public incidents; the current FAA and Public Safety Authority guidelines may require adjustments to the show & performer schedules including the possibility of postponement or cancellation.  All scheduled performers, events & activities are subject to change without prior notice.  *This is an outdoor event, there are no rain checks or performer rain dates.  All sales are final!

Q: What if it Rains?

A: Air Shows are outdoor events and subject to weather conditions.  If weather becomes a factor, there are three flying profiles normally available to get the show completed: High Show, Medium Show and Flat Show.  In the event of inclement weather & acts of god; FAA and Public Safety Authority guidelines may require adjustments to the daily show schedules including the possibility of postponement or cancellation.  Air show rain dates are not an option!

Q: Where can I Park (Autos-Motorcycles-Buses)?

A: “Advance Only” GOLD AIRPORT Reserved Parking ($25 per Car/Motorcycle and $50 per Bus/RV) and BLUE  REMOTE Reserved Parking ($15 per car or motorcycle) are available for purchase now on-line.  Day of Show Remote Parking ($15 per car paid on site) includes round trip shuttle bus services to the airport.  Dedicated Motorcycle & Handicap Parking is located at each location on a first come basis.  DUE TO FAA REGULATIONS & SECURITY CONCERNS THERE WILL BE NO TAILGATING WITHIN THE AIRPORT PARKING LOTS!

Q: How does the Remote Location Shuttle Service Operate?

A: The officially recognized Air Show Remote Parking location (AAA PARKING SERVICE) has dedicated shuttle bus service to and from the airport included in the remote parking lot fees.  These buses run continuously during the scheduled air show hours of operation.

Q: Will there be Handicap Parking?

A: Yes. Designated Handicap Parking areas are available at both the airport and remote parking locations.  Only authorized handicap vehicles will be allowed to park in these limited fist come basis locations.

Q: Will there be Handicap Transportation services to/from the airport parking and shuttle bus drop-off locations?

A: Yes. There are limited bus services & golf cart limo services available for the handicap guests only to/from the airport designated bus drop-off locations.  Personal motorized wheelchairs and scooters are authorized!

Q: What about Political Candidates campaigning at the air show?

A: It's our company's policy (JLC AirShow Management) to not have the appearance of supporting a political candidate. 

Q: What about Hotels in the Local Area?

A: There are numerous hotels in the Myrtle Beach area to choose from in all price ranges. Click Here to see a list of some local links for lodging options.

Q: Are there any Special Activities for the Kids?

A: Yes!  There is a professional Kid’s Zone attraction located along the air show entry ramp to include: inflatables, bungee jumps, climbing wall, knocker ball along with numerous other kid-friendly activities on the property.  There is a separate fee for these attractions.  Kids individual tickets to include the daily armband pass (estimated $15 each) can be purchased on-site!

Q: Are Pets Allowed?

A: Pets are NOT allowed within the air show venue grounds (Service Animals are admitted with hosts).  Authorized camping guests are allowed pets only in their assigned/authorized camping location/spot. Our camping guest must maintain total control over all pets in the camping areas.

 Q: How Can I Receive Updates About Performers, Tickets and Air Show News?

A: Fans can receive updates and the latest information by joining our mailing list located on the official web site at the bottom of each page. You can also keep up with current information by liking us on Facebook and following us on Twitter & Pinterest.

Q: Will Smoking Allowed?

A: Yes. Smoking will only be authorized in designated smoking areas only!  There is no smoking on the aircraft static display ramp due to large quantiles of aircraft gas & jet fuel.

Q: Will there be Food and Beverages Available for Purchase at the Show?

A: Yes. A huge variety of food and beverage choices are available for purchase throughout the normal show hours.

 Q: Will there be ATM’s On Site?

A: Yes. There are numerous ATM’s located throughout the air show grounds. Most vendor take both cash & credit cards.

Q: Will there be Drinking Water Available at the Air Show?

A: Yes. In addition to bottled water for purchase, there will be access to emergency public drinking water at the Horry County EMS/First-Aid Stations, free of charge.

Q: Will there be Public Restrooms Available?

A: Yes. Public Porta-Potty’s (including handicap-accessible) and Wash-Stations will be available throughout the air show grounds.

 Q: Can I take Pictures at the Air Show?

A: YES/Absolutely. Cameras & Video are highly suggested to record your family’s air show experience. For those photographer buffs, you may want to choose the Photo Club Experience weekend & daily pass (Advance Only).

Q: How can a Non-Profit Group (NPG) and Volunteers Apply to help at the Air Show?
